Respect the dress code
Even if the invitation says “casual”, that doesn’t mean that you should show up in heels and jeans with holes in them. The dress code is not carte blanche, but tends towards business casual. You can’t go wrong with a fresh blouse, skirt or loose suit.

Ask if you are unsure
As a rule of thumb: If you are unsure whether your look is too much, then it is better to save the outfit for another day. If you don’t want to do without exactly this one styling, if in doubt, ask the bridal couple or the best man. They will know what the wedding should look like and whether there is a color concept.
