Weather Forecast: Sunny and Warm with Morning Fog and Low Clouds – Videos and Updates

2023-09-01 18:00:00

This type of evolution favors very calm conditions in an atmosphere that is still humid, which announces the formation of numerous low clouds and fog during the night and in the morning.

These will be especially numerous in Flanders and the Ardennes but will most often dissipate before noon to give way to the sun between the cumulus clouds of good weather.

The atmosphere will already be very mild or even quite warm in the followingnoon with temperatures of 20 to 23° at the sea and in the upper Ardennes and 23 to 26° in the other regions. The evening and night from Saturday to Sunday will begin under starry skies but mists, fogs and low stratus will re-form once more inland.

Note minimums not too low between 14 and 17° except in the Ardennes valleys where 8 to 14° will be observed.

Sunday :

Like Saturday, the weather will be pleasantly fine following the dissipation of the morning gloom with temperatures identical to the day before.

The start of next week:

The center of the anticyclone will settle first over eastern Germany and then between central Europe and the southern Baltic Sea, which will stabilize the dry continental current that will come to us from the eastern Alps with the guarantee of very sunny weather with daytime temperatures between 23 and 28° for Monday followingnoon rising to between 26 and 31° on Wednesday followingnoon.

THURSDAY :

This should be the hottest day with daytime temperatures often reaching or exceeding the 30° mark in the plains and generally between 23 and 28° at the coast and on the Ardennes relief.

It should be added that this type of high temperature is not at all exceptional at the beginning of September and that for the MRI reference station located in Uccle, the highest temperature record at this station was observed on 15 September 2020 with a maximum value of 34.3°C (!).

Friday :

It would seem that the atmosphere would become a little more unstable with local development of heat storm clouds but this remains to be confirmed.

Anyway it will still be hot with highs between 23 and 29°.

Evolution for the following weekend:

The news is not at all bad with the return of very sunny and still warm weather for the season with highs that can still locally reach 30° in the plains.

Probable trend for the period from September 11 to 15:

We would go towards a more mixed and less hot weather with showers or possible thunderstorms with maximum returning between 18 and 21° in the Ardennes and between 21 and 25° elsewhere.
