We will do it well”, he stated, while stating that the PP is “a veteran” and “institutional” party that believes that “the best policy is the management of politics”, which “policies are more important than politicians” and “voters than candidates”. “We are the party that knows what to do,” he added. González Pons has unveiled the logo and motto of this conclave in a press conference offered in Valencia together with the secretary of the organizing committee of the congress, Juan Carlos Vera; the president of the PP of the Valencian Community (PPCV), Carlos Mazón; and the general secretary of this formation and president of the PP in the Valencian capital, María José Catalá. “The next congress of the PP aims to combine unity and plurality. Unity because we are the party of the unity of Spain and because the PP is going to present itself united, without fissures and with the ambition to expand in this congress,” stressed the MEP. Likewise, he has exposed with respect to plurality, that this formation believes “in the plurality of Spain” and is “plural”. “We do not ignore that the PP is a plural party due to its extension. It is a party that, due to the fact that it is open to the coexistence of many center-right people, brings together many center-right sensibilities” and “we are all going to feel united,” he added.
