How do we do ? Mix grated and drained zucchini, almond, tapioca and coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add beaten eggs, apple compote and maple syrup, pour into a cake tin and bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 180°C/th.6.
