Well folks, gather ‘round, because June is shaping up to be one electrifying month in the Bois de Vincennes! If you haven’t heard the whispers (or the not-so-subtle blaring of neon lights), We Love Green is back—bringing a lineup that is a smorgasbord of musical talent just crying out to make your ears tingle and your feet move. And let’s not forget Charli XCX, our pop goddess, who is officially ready to sprinkle her delightful chaos all over this festival!

Now let’s dive into this delightful muddle of music! Charli, embracing her inner “brat” (we’ve all got one, don’t pretend you don’t), will bless the stage on Saturday, June 7, with her one and only French date. That’s right, she’s the main act waving the flag for “Brat Summer,” which, let’s face it, sounds like a summer camp for rebellious teens. And did I mention her album is up for seven Grammy Awards? Not to put any pressure on her, right? Just a casual Sunday afternoon, leading the charge in the French pop renaissance!
But hang on to your glow sticks; it’s not just Charli who’s got our attention! No, no! The program reads like a who’s who of musical excellence. On Friday, we’ll have Kavinsky, the maestro behind the iconic “Nightcall.” You know, the one that pumps through your veins in a deliciously cinematic way? He’ll be joined by Yseult and the iconic Air, who are just out celebrating 25 years of their timeless album Moon Safari. I mean, where were you when this dropped… in a bucket of baby food?
And the joy doesn’t stop there! French rap is on the menu as well—SDM brings some lyrical charm on Friday night, alongside Jolagreen23 the next day. SDM’s latest album, To Life to Death, is enough to convince you that yes, French rap has arrived and it’s not just baguettes and berets anymore! Also, what’s a festival without the beats that make you feel like a rock star even when you’re in those festival toilets that look like a scene from a horror film?
As if that wasn’t enough to make your wallet spontaneously combust, let’s talk about those tickets! You can already grab them for a lineup that will also include Australian pop sensations Parcels and the electro beats of Amelie Lens— it’s a festival smorgasbord that’s more diverse than a British pub menu on a Saturday night. Don’t wait for too long, or you might just have to stand awkwardly on the sidelines, sipping your overpriced drink and wishing you could join the fun!
So, dust off those dancing shoes, polish that sass, and mark your calendars for June 6 to 8. It’s time to make memories, sweat a bit (or a lot), and scream out lyrics you don’t quite remember—all under the glorious trees of the Bois de Vincennes. After all, whether you’re there for Charli’s anthems or to soak up the vibes, it’s bound to be a legendary affair!

Who better than Charli XCX and the vibrant neon aesthetic of Brat to bring energy to We Love Green? The talented English singer will continue her wildly popular “Brat Summer” in Paris at the festival, scheduled to take place from June 6 to 8 at the picturesque Bois de Vincennes. On Saturday, June 7, she’ll grace the stage for her exclusive French show, just a year following her critically acclaimed album that is currently nominated for an impressive seven Grammy Awards.
For the rest of the programming, the festival appears to channel the celebratory spirit of the Olympic Games. Festival attendees can look forward to an electrifying performance by Kavinsky on Friday. This artist, famous for his haunting track Nightcall featured in the film Drive, gained further acclaim after captivating the audience by sharing the stage with Angèle and Phoenix during their Olympic closing set. Kavinsky’s set will be complemented by Yseult, another celebrated artist present during the festival’s final night, alongside the legendary group Air. They are currently on tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of their iconic album Moon Safari, and will showcase their ethereal sound on Saturday. The festival also spotlights French rap, featuring performances from SDM on Friday evening and Jolagreen23 on Saturday, with SDM captivating audiences with his latest album To Life to Death.
Tickets for We Love Green, which will also feature the eclectic sounds of Australian pop band Parcels, the Franco-Korean artist Spill Tab, the pulsating electro beats of Amelie Lens, and the vibrant energy of Horsegiirl from Berlin, are already on sale. Attendees are encouraged to secure their spots while awaiting the announcement of the remaining lineup.
