A Chinese enthusiast decided to assemble a laptop with the top desktop components available on the market. He shared the result in a video published on the Bilibili video hosting site.

The result was a custom device 7 cm thick. The author of the video installed an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 video card, an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D processor, 32 GB of DDR5-6800 RAM and an M2 Intel Optane P5800 SSD, and the basis of everything was a motherboard with the B650i chipset. A 20 W wireless speaker module is responsible for the sound.

The device, weighing 6.7 kg (8 kg with power supply), cannot be called a full-fledged laptop, since it only runs on power and is not equipped with a battery. At peak loads, the PC consumes up to 600 W, but all temperatures are normal even in long-term tests, including games.
