The interrogation of Amadou Oury Bah, better known as Bah Oury, continues at the Dixinn criminal court, relocated to the Conakry Court of Appeal. He faces this Wednesday, March 22, questions from the lawyers of the civil parties.
Responding to a question from counsel for the civil parties, Bah Oury said that he had unsuccessfully taken steps so that Moussa Dadis Camara might reconsider his position in order to avoid the demonstration of September 28, 2009.
Me Halimatou Camara : Were you fighting once morest a man or once morest men or were you fighting once morest the system in the end?
Bah Oury : We sought and that, it must be said aloud and intelligible, with the Dean Jean Marie Doré, we sought by informal means, by institutional means with the living forces, to bring Captain Dadis to reconsider his position and its strategy, but we have not succeeded in doing so and that is a pity.
According to Bah Oury, member of the living forces at the time and president of the organizing committee of the peaceful march of September 28, 2009, the remarks (I can take off the uniform and introduce myself…) of Captain Moussa Dadis Camara have sown doubt within the living forces.
