The candidate for governor of Neuquén for the Neuquén Popular Movement, Marcos Koopmann, led the final closing of the campaign at the Unión de Zapala club, ahead of Sunday’s elections. In the act he reinforced the localist message that he transmitted in other speeches and during his tours of the province.
“In this election, it is at stake if the fate of the province continues to be decided by the people of Neuquén or if it happens to be defined in Buenos Aires”he told the militancy.
In the same sense, he explained that the provincial party “is the only one that defends the interests of the Neuquén families” in contrast to “the other candidates who respond to the national parties.”
Koopmann referred to the last national governments and asked those present “let’s think regarding the last governments, macristas and kirchneristas. They have only left us with more inflation, more poverty, more anguish, more uncertainty. That is the path proposed by the other candidates who answer to their bosses in Buenos Aires”.
During the act he was accompanied by the candidate for lieutenant governor, Ana Pechen and the candidate for re-election as mayor of Zapala, Carlos Koopmann, but the governor and president of the MPN, Omar Gutiérrez, the president of the party convention, Jorge Sapag, and candidates for deputies and mayors from different towns in the downtown area. In the use of the word, Ana Pechen, explained that “we toured the province at the request of Marcos and we asked the people of Neuquén what they want for the future of Neuquén, what they want their town to be like, what they want from the leaders. And that was what we embodied in the political platform that we presented to the people.”

We are dedicated to building public health, public education, security, development, everything that makes Neuquén a beacon today.but it is not only an energy beacon that illuminates Argentina, that gives gas to all of Argentina, but it is a beacon of quality of life”, reflected the candidate for the position that Marcos Koopmann occupies today.
Finally, Carlos Koopmann who seeks re-election stated that “together we knew how to overcome great obstacles, get down to work”. Speaking directly to the residents of Zapala, he said that “the effort of each one, the work of the wonderful team that accompanied me in this government to start this machine of progress and development that we are carrying out in the city.”
