We are preparing for “Night Classes” from October 3 at the act theater

“Night Lessons” is back and the act theater is once again transformed into a nightclub for the needs of the very successful original comedy about male friendship. This is the most recent play by Telemachus Tsardakas (Under the Stars, The Dog of Orion, The Persisting Girl) which, having been particularly loved by the theater-loving public, returns from October 3rd for a few performances.

The play will be performed every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday until November 3, 2024.

A story about truths and lies between friends set in a nightclub environment against the background of the atmosphere and music of the eighties. And even with the act theater renovated, with new comfortable seats and small tables, in a completely unique configuration that will surprise and remind something of the boutiques that thrived on the Gerokostopoulou Stairs.

Spectators will even have the opportunity to watch the show while enjoying their drink.

Performed by the actors: Takis Tsitsas, Kostas Koutroubis, Georgia Iliopoulou and Dora Tsagas.

The text and direction are signed by Telemachos Tsardakas. Artemis Grybla is a dramaturgy consultant. The costumes are designed by Maria Vassilaki and the lighting by Ioannis Anastasopoulos. Hairdressing: Nikos Zakas, photos: Dimosthenis Christopoulos. Production assistant – arrangement: Katerina Voutsa. Stage tutorial: Nikos Drivas. Valuable additional narrative material was provided by Iraklis Tzavellas. Valuable help was provided by Zakelina Kyrousi, Marimilli Asimakopoulou, Christos Sotiropoulos, Christos Gourdoupis and Christos Moutouris. Thank you Bar Stigma.

Night classes between friends:

In a nightclub two friends are talking. The great experiences of life, the great loves, the fights, the fear of death. Everything is laid out on the table among drinks, gardenias and cigarettes. In some relationships there are no secrets. But darkness? Is there darkness in male friendships? The search for happiness, our ridiculousness and what our Greek families burden us with. PASOK, the epic of Gilgamesh and the bones of the dead. How real is the truth? Are there lies between close friends? Stamatis Kokotas, Rita Sakelariou and Stratos Dionysiou. Betrayal, existentialism and a very specific bouquet of white cyclamen. After all, how well do you know the person you tell everything to? And all these women from the past, what are they doing in this particular shop on this particular night? A comedy full of dalkas and twists about the night and its stories.
