According to the creditor protection association Creditreform, the reason for the insolvency is audits by the tax office, the health insurance fund and the construction workers’ holiday and severance pay fund. The company from St. Valentin was unable to cover the subsequent billings (the amount is currently unknown).
The company was active in the construction (auxiliary) industry, specifically in iron processing. Around 147 employees and 37 creditors are affected. The “CCI Service” was already closed before the bankruptcy was declared and operations will not continue. Information on liabilities might not yet be found on Wednesday.
