Wave of arrests in the occupied territories

The Prisoners Club reported that the occupation forces had arrested 22 Palestinians in various governorates of the occupied West Bank.

The raids and arrests were concentrated in the governorates of Nablus, Ramallah and Jenin, as dozens of houses were vandalized, their contents altered, and goods and properties confiscated from some houses, while dozens of their owners were detained and subjected to field investigations.

Occupation forces arrested six young men from Nablus, including militants from the Hamas-affiliated Islamic Bloc at An-Najah University.

Clashes erupted with the occupation army in the Shuafat refugee camp in the Jerusalem district, in the city of Jericho, and in the Al-Arroub refugee camp near Al Khalil.

The young men clashed with settlers in massive attacks on citizens’ homes in the village of Burin, south of Nablus.
