Ingredients:
– 1 large apple
– 1 puff pastry
– 1 egg
– Optional: sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
Prepare
Peel the apple, remove the center and cut into thick slices. Cut the dough into strips and cover the apple slices. Place on a plate, paint with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a moderate to strong oven at 190°C for approximately 15 minutes.
