The clinical nutritionist recommended that the cheese be low in salt or free of it, to avoid fluid retention in the body, high pressure and damage to the health of the kidneys when eating it, due to the increase in sodium in the blood.

She explained that this condition applies entirely and preferentially to cottage cheese, which is also distinguished by its low percentage of fat and low calories.

However, Maroura stressed the need to stay away from this meal, if the person suffers from an allergy to watermelon or has lactose intolerance.
