Water Investment and Management Strategies: Insights from Water Master Classes and EBRD Funding in Morocco

Furthermore, the Director of Sustainable Infrastructure at the EBRD, Sue Barretwelcomed the “major” program developed by the Morocco in matters of sea ​​water desalinationshedding light on the various other programs and strategies focused on Wastewater for’irrigation of green spaces.

Ms. Barret also highlighted the efforts made by all Moroccan stakeholders in matters of ihydraulic infrastructures and D’investment in programs of water conservationadding that the EBRD works in close collaboration with the various Moroccan actors, with a view to changing the behavior of citizens and push the industrial companies to adopt solutions d’irrigation efficaces allowing to Reduce water consumption.

Water Master Classes, initiated by the Cabinet consensus public relations (CPR)include a series of conferences focused, in particular on “The place of water in the 2030 agenda of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)“, “The transformation levers necessary for thewater efficiency“, “Water at the heart of socially responsible investment”, as well as “The opportunities and challenges of financial training suitable for water sector“.
