Watch Yungblud perform a duet with Lil Yachty and invite fans on stage at the all-new…

Yungblud performed at BLUDFEST for the first time and invited Lil Yachty as a surprise guest during his set. Check out the images and the full setlist below.

The event, which took place at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes last weekend (August 11), marked the first ever edition of the new festival and the biggest show of the singer’s career to date.

Also featured are Soft Play, Nessa Barrett, The Damned, Lola Young, Jazmin Bean, Noahfinnce, Jesse Jo Stark, Landon Barker (son of Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker), Hannah Grae, Aziya and many more.

During his set, Yungblud – real name Dominic Harrison – opened the show with back-to-back renditions of “Superdeadfriends,” “I Love You, Will You Marry Me?”, “The Funeral” and “California,” before belting out several fan favorites including “Breakdown,” “Parents” and “Lowlife.”

The highlight of the concert, however, was a cover of 12 of the set’s 17 songs, when the singer surprised fans by bringing in Lil Yachty for a rendition of their joint track “When We Die (Can We Still Get High?).” The song marked Harrison’s first single of 2024, and the rapper had been working on it since 2019.

Other highlights from the set came when Yungblud performed “Fleabag” and invited three lucky fans on stage with him to play guitar on the 2021 song.

Later in the concert, he also performed the 2019 song “I Think I’m OKAY,” a collaborative track he released with Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker. Check out more footage from the concert, fan reactions, and the full setlist below.

Earlier this year, Yungblud spoke with ZikNation about his big plans for BLUDFEST shortly after the festival was announced.

“BLUDFEST is coming! I’m starting my own festival. I had the idea to do it last November. One night I had fucking insomnia and I was like, ‘What’s the next thing we can do that’s really unmissable and pushes the boundaries?’” he said.

“All this is just to piss people off. When the press doesn’t write about us, when labels don’t want us, when festivals don’t take us seriously, when people don’t take my generation seriously, let’s tease them every time and piss everyone off to see if we can get away with it.”

He also stressed that the event was centered around the idea of building “community” and explained how he intentionally wanted to keep ticket prices low to make it more accessible to fans.

“That’s what I’m saying: it’s about £50 for 10 bands or so, all in. That’s it; we don’t even make any money, we just do it for the fucking songs,” he said. “I’m excited. It’s about saying, ‘Thank you for this moment’. I’ve had so many discussions about the price, but that’s it.”

Since announcing BLUDFEST, Yungblud has defended the event against critics who have questioned its intent and its “overall authenticity.” “Music belongs to the people,” he said. “That’s how it should be.”

In other Yungblud news, Harrison recently joined Placebo on stage in France for a version of ‘Nancy Boy’, and admitted in an interview that he grew up thinking Rod Stewart was his grandfather.
