Al-Marsad Newspaper: A content creator on “Tik Tok” recounted an exciting story about the “dress case” that was considered in court by a judge, between a bride and a fashion designer.
The content creator explained the details of the controversial “dress” story, noting that she saw a bride carrying a dress on her back in a courtroom.
Regarding the details of the story, she said that a girl asked a fashion designer to design her wedding dress, and she agreed for an amount of 22,000 riyals.
And she indicated that the bride expressed her admiration for the dress in conversations between them on “WhatsApp”, and she actually bought it and attended her wedding event with it, but after the wedding was completed, she wrote to the fashion designer that she wanted to return it, under the pretext that she did not like it, but the latter refused.
And the content creator stated that the bride filed a case against her, and by presenting the dispute between them before the judge, the designer indicated that the dress had already been used by the bride and that it had a “foundation” of her joy.
And she concluded that the judge sent the case to the experts, and they ruled to return half of the amount to the bride.
