Exclusive translation: The British Daily Mail published a picture of the security guard who left his wife with his Ukrainian refugee girlfriend.
The photo showed the security guard embracing his Ukrainian girlfriend, who had moved to live with them following fleeing the city of Lviv.
Tony Garnett, who lives in Bradford, West Yorkshire, said he had fallen in love with Sophia and wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.
Sophia, who had fled the city in western Ukraine, said she had “imagined” Tony as soon as she saw him and that the couple had a “love story” of their own.
The new couple now lives with Tony’s mother and father, although they are looking for real estate to move into.
In the same vein, abandoned wife Lorna Garnett shared her anger following she allowed a Ukrainian woman into her home. Lorna says she was heartbroken following her partner decided to leave her and go with Sophia. She continued, according to “The Sun”, that she believed that Sophia had set her sights on Anthony from the beginning, and decided that she wanted him and took him.
Tony said: ‘I decided it was the right thing to do to put a roof over someone’s head and help them when they need it most. And that’s how Sophia paid me to give her a house
He indicated that she was the first person he communicated with on the Facebook page, where he offered to accommodate a refugee under the government’s scheme and then fell in love with her following only 10 days and decided to leave his wife for her.
