During an interview with Al-Ikhbariya channel, he said: “We started 26 years ago by opening a modest and simple restaurant, but with dedication and providing the right thing. We have become the most famous restaurants in the Kingdom, and we won an award for tourism excellence 3 years in a row.”
And he talked regarding the beginning of the first branch, and said: “I was joking with a neighbor and offered him to rent a shop, and he agreed directly. Then an employee suggested that I open a restaurant, saying, “You always go to eat in restaurants and are late for us at all times. Just make a restaurant for you and sit in it.”
He pointed out that when he opened the first branch, his daily income was 4,000 riyals, then increased to 7,000 riyals, adding that the income of one branch now reaches 70,000 riyals per day.
And he gave advice to the young man who wants to work in the trade, to be keen on pleasing his mother, and to choose the right idea for his project and the right place, and be sincere in his work.
