Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has described Russian air strikes as “absolute evil” and “absolute stupidity” after a cultural center was destroyed in a missile strike that wounded at least seven people in the Ukrainian city of Lasova.
Today’s attack comes at a time when the Ukrainian forces have generally succeeded in pushing the Russian forces to retreat specifically from Kharkiv.
Russia lost those battles in part to the reason that some of Putin’s top leaders were fired, dismissed from service because they were deemed to have performed poorly during the early stages of the unprovoked invasion.
