Tweeters shared a new video of the same person crashing into another car, so the owner got out of the car and tried to catch him, but he fled.
This person had been exposed to a woman driving her car with a number of children and deliberately collided with her car, which made her scream loudly.
And circulating pictures showed the moment this person was arrested by the police, in preparation for punishing him for his act.
