Watch.. Passengers congestion inside King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.. An official statement was issued

Al-Marsad newspaper: It documented videos and photos of the crowding of passengers inside King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.

The videos showed the presence of large numbers of passengers inside the airport lounges, waiting for the announcement of the start of their flights.

During the video, a young man’s voice was heard saying: “My flight is back at 7.5 and now it’s 8.2 and we haven’t finished all the procedures.

In the same context, King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh issued a statement regarding the accumulation of passengers at the airport.

He stated during the statement that during the past 24 hours, more than 87,000 passengers (incoming and outgoing) were served, coinciding with the start of the summer season, through all airport terminals without canceling any flight.

He pointed out that the peak period requires making sure of the following procedures to facilitate travel procedures, entering the lounge only for travelers, making sure that the luggage is compatible with the weight allowed in the ticket, and issuing the boarding pass electronically through the website or application of your airline before arriving at the airport and bringing the passport or card identity

He added, the procedures also include attendance at the airport in sufficient time for domestic flights, two hours and three hours for international flights, and all travel documents that the traveler needs, such as visas, health passport or PCR examination according to destination requirements, and medical insurance for children under 12 years old.
