Many people believe that heart attacks can happen without any warning. However, this scenario is less common than we think. Common heart attacks usually come following a set of warning signs appear. But we often ignore it or attribute it to other diseases.

Physical exhaustion occurs when your daily routine or training changes suddenly and unusually. Or you feel too worn out to carry out your normal tasks perfectly.
