Al-Marsad Newspaper: The head of the Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, published a video clip of the Lebanese artist, Najwa Karam, as she sang part of the famous song by the late artist Talal Maddah. “Amounts,” and attached a comment: “Welcome.”
And the video showed Najwa Karam singing: “Amounts, amounts, oh heart of shame, amounts, and what is my fault, I am amounts.”
And she said during the video: “Abu Nasser, we are with you, with the original music and the art that remains through generations. Today we are with Professor Talal Maddah, who is in the hearts of all Arab and Lebanese peoples.”
It is noteworthy that Turki Al-Sheikh invited artists who wished to participate in a ceremony honoring the late artist Talal Maddah.
And he said: “Any artist who participates in Talal Maddah’s night, may God have mercy on him, will have a special appreciation from me.. And I add to that who will participate, considering that he honored me personally following the generosity of Talal, may God have mercy on him.. The invitation is open to all the stars of the Kingdom, the Gulf and the Arab
world.”
