Al-Marsad newspaper: A video clip documented the waiting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to hold a meeting between them in Tehran.
During the video, Putin appeared alone for a minute in the hall where the meeting was held.
The video showed Putin, with signs of anger appearing on his face, before Erdogan entered and exchanged handshakes and smiles.
The Russian president had arrived in Tehran to attend an Iranian-Russian-Turkish summit. It is Putin’s second foreign trip since the start of the war in Ukraine last February.
