Al-Marsad newspaper: The screening of the feature film “Daughters of Abd al-Rahman” by Jordanian director Zaid Abu Hamdan has started in Saudi cinemas.
The events of the movie “Daughters of Abdel Rahman” revolve around 4 sisters who differ from each other in their way of thinking and their outlook on life, and the circumstances of their father’s sudden disappearance force them to return to the family home in a middle-class neighborhood, and meet once more, within the framework of unexpected surprises and paradoxes, but the search journey Secrecy reveals to them new secrets, and more question marks.
It is noteworthy that the film was written and directed by Zaid Abu Hamdan, and starring Saba Mubarak, Farah Bseiso, Hanan Al-Helou, Maryam Al-Basha, Khaled Al-Tarifi.
The film “Daughters of Abdel Rahman” had its world premiere at the Cairo International Film Festival, where it won the Audience Award, and the film participated in the Beirut International Film Festival for Women, and in the first session of the Red Sea International Film Festival, within the Arab Masterpieces program section.
