Connor Bedard made another page of Canadian junior hockey history Sunday night in Regina.
The Pats prodigy became the youngest player in the Junior League West to score 50 goals in a season. True to form, Bedard achieved this feat with style and thanks to his weapon of prediction: his sharp and precise wrist shot. To see here:

The phenomenal 16-year-old striker even added it late in the game, scoring the Pats’ seventh goal (his 51st!) in an empty net.. and his fifth point of this game won by a score of 7-4 once morest the Warriors of Moose Jaw at the conclusion of the campaign.
Bedard, who is already considered the first player to be drafted into the 2023 National League class, has amassed no less than 100 points in 62 games this season.

His exploits weren’t enough to lead the Pats into the playoffs, however, as they posted a 27-36-3 record, good for ninth in the Eastern Conference.
