Al-Marsad Newspaper: A video clip was documented by two brothers who managed to thwart one of them being swindled by others who bought a mobile phone from him for a forged amount of money.
A video clip showed a person wearing a white dress standing with another wearing a black sportswear and exchanging dialogue, as the first grabbed a mobile phone and showed it to the latter, who gave him a sum of money and then went to get in a car.
The video showed another person driving his car and chasing the latter after he drove with others, while the person who was wearing the thobe got into another car and walked behind them.
The video showed that the person who bought the phone and those with him were surrounded and forced to stop and one of them was arrested.
A source revealed the circumstances of what happened, saying: “A citizen offered his mobile phone for sale through a famous website and someone offered to buy it for 4500 thousand riyals.
He pointed out that the citizen asked the customer to come to his house to take the phone, and when he came and the buying and selling process was completed, the citizen’s brother noticed that the car driven by the person who bought the phone was accompanied by others without a plate, so they pursued them and one of them was arrested while the other two fled.
He pointed out that the patrols were called and it was found that the money was fraudulent.
