Al-Marsad newspaper: Clinical nutritionist, Rana Al-Sada, revealed the relationship of eating crackers to hyperactivity in children.
She said during her appearance on the “Sabah Al-Saudia” program: “The nervous system needs the basic elements that enhance its focus, so that there is no hyperactivity and we ensure that the child’s behavior is modified.”
And she continued, “The crackers contain artificial colors and saturated fats, which cause hyperactivity and distraction of mind, and therefore mothers should work with the principle of neither excessive nor negligence in buying products from groceries.”
She continued, “The child should be kept away from colorful sweets, chips and bad rubber, stressing that the process of promoting alternatives is somewhat tiring for mothers, but it requires patience.”
