The 31-year-old Iraqi victim has been missing since the beginning of January – the two young Hungarians will have to stand trial before a jury from November 28th.
In the case of the still missing Iraqi, who is believed to have been the victim of a bloody act at the beginning of January 2023, the Salzburg public prosecutor’s office, as is well known, charged two Hungarian half-brothers (26, 20) with aggravated robbery resulting in death.
From November 28th, the duo will have to answer to a jury in a three-day trial (additional dates: November 30th and December 5th).
