Dr. Manar Ghanem, a member of the Meteorological Authority’s media center, revealed that there is a noticeable difference in temperatures between the day and night periods during the current days until the end of this week.
Manar Ghanem said, in a statement to Masrawy, today, Monday, that the difference between day and night temperatures amounts to 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, warning citizens not to be deceived by the slight rise in daytime temperatures.
The member of the Meteorological Authority’s media center added that citizens must commit to wearing winter clothes throughout the day, provided that these clothes are heavy during the night periods.
Manar Ghanem indicated that there are no chances of rain during the coming days in most parts, explaining that the weather is very cold at night during the coming days, especially in the late hours of the night and the early hours of the early morning.
Dr. Manar Ghanem explained that the maximum temperatures will not be less than 20 degrees Celsius until the end of January, except for next Sunday, when the temperature in Greater Cairo will be 19 degrees Celsius.
