Bern, 27.10.2023 – The Federal Office for Food Safety and Veterinary Affairs (FSVO) warns once morest toy treats from the manufacturer Cocco Candy (Cocco Candy Rolling Candy). The removable bullet-shaped lid might be swallowed, possibly causing choking. Pala Food GmbH has withdrawn the affected products from sale. The OSAV recommends not using these products.
How can these products be dangerous?
The “Cocco Candy Rolling Candy” treat with toy is equipped with a removable ball-shaped lid. Due to its size, it might be swallowed and a risk of suffocation cannot be excluded.
