The Israeli army is starting to drop leaflets in eastern Rafah, send messages and make phone calls to Palestinians containing instructions on areas that need to be evacuated in Rafah and what routes to take to reach a designated humanitarian zone. The Times of Israel reports this, citing the evacuation order launched by the Israeli army in view of the planned offensive on the southern part of the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, European intelligence agencies have warned that Russia is preparing “violent acts of sabotage across the continent”: the Financial Times writes. According to sources, “Russia has already started actively preparing bomb attacks and arson attacks to damage infrastructure on European territory without worrying regarding causing civilian casualties”
