This was reported by the American media CNN.
“I don’t think it’s so dangerous,” Putin told TASS. I think we are moving in the right direction, protecting our national interests and the interests of our citizens. We simply have no choice but to protect our people.”
“We are ready to negotiate with everyone involved in this process on acceptable solutions, but it is up to them to decide,” he added. It is not us who refuse to negotiate, it is them.
At the same time, Russia continued to attack Ukraine, bombing Kramatorsk.
The adviser to the Ukrainian president, Mykhailo Podolyak, posted a message on the social network twitter to invite Putin “to come back to reality”.
“Russia attacked Ukraine alone and kills citizens. There are no other “geopolitical motives” for this country, he wrote.
Russia does not want negotiations, but tries to avoid responsibility.”
Remember that on December 21, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a historic visit to the White House.
US President Joe Biden has promised his counterpart to “continue to strengthen Ukraine’s ability to defend itself” from attacks by Russia that have persisted for more than ten months.
