War in Ukraine: crowded station bombed, von der Leyen in Boutcha … the events of this April 8

Russia is stepping up its attacks in the south and east. An attack in Kramatorsk, in the Donbass, leaves at least 50 dead, including five children. The missile hit a crowded station where people were gathering to flee the area.

The Russian Defense Ministry has denied any responsibility – as it regularly does – and blamed the Ukrainian forces.
