War conflict – Putin sees some “positive steps” in talks with Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday that saw some “positive steps” in negotiations with Ukrainein a meeting with his Belarusian ally Alexander Lukashenko.

“I am going to inform you (…) of how the negotiations are developing, which now take place almost every day. There are certain positive steps,” he said, without giving more details.
