From the U6 to the U16, all young coaches have completed at least the D diploma course.
SV Wals-Grünau youth leader Attila Lobos is happy regarding a “pretty complete” coaching team: “At the moment it looks like everyone wants to keep going.”
Flat-rate travel expense compensation for trainers
After all U7 and U9 coaches have completed the ÖFB-D diploma course, there are only licensed coaches in Wals-Grünau from U6 to U16. “There aren’t many clubs where this is the case,” says Lobos and emphasizes: “Through the PRAE billing system (flat-rate travel expense allowance, note) and the assumption of the full training costs, we invest a lot in our young coaches.”
The goal for the spring is to ensure that the newly promoted U14s stay in the 1st Sparkasse League. Lobos also has high expectations of the U13s – “a good year”. A highlight will be the international SETG Cup on the 15th/16th. June in Seekirchen, which has been organized by Lobos for years.
