The main indices on Wall Street opened higher on Friday, putting the Dow Jones on track for gains for the tenth day in a row, while major companies and technology stocks began to recover following suffering sharp losses in the previous session.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 49.14 points, or 0.14 percent, at the open, to 35,274.32 points.
The Standard & Poor’s 500 index opened 15.29 points, or 0.34 percent, to 4,550.16 points.
The Nasdaq Composite Index rose 84.87 points, or 0.60 percent, to 14,148.18 points at the open.
In Thursday’s trading, the “Standard & Poor’s 500” and “Nasdaq” indices fell at the close, affected by the decline in “Tesla” and “Netflix” shares following their quarterly results appeared, but the “Dow Jones” index closed higher for the ninth consecutive day, thanks to the gains of “Johnson & Johnson” following announcing strong annual expectations.
Tesla shares fell following the electric car maker recorded an overall decline in its profit margins in the second quarter to the lowest level in four years, and Elon Musk, the company’s CEO, indicated the possibility of further decline.
Netflix also fell following the video broadcast company’s quarterly revenue missed estimates.
