In catering, servers are entitled to all kinds of customers, sometimes disrespectful and mean. An American waitress has revealed in a viral video that she adds drinks to the bill of disrespectful customers, and she wouldn’t be the only one.
In a 6-second video on TikTok, user @alisonrickert, who works as a waitress, showed how she thanked a customer who “gave her an attitude.”
The video shows Alison at the computer on the restaurant’s ordering system. This one clicks three times to add a 20oz drink to the customer’s bill “with attitude”. The three elements of US$3.49 are added to the total amount.
The video has reached over 600,000 views.

One user commented under the post “I thought I was the only one doing this”.
Some even commented on what they did when they were in the same situation. “If you give me attitude, I’ll charge you everything, even the butter!” wrote a second TikTok user.
