In the Ukraine war, the Wagner group commits heinous war crimes. Two mercenaries make a confession that leaves them speechless.

Bachmut – These are shocking confessions. Vladimir Osechkin, the founder of Gulag.net, has released recordings of conversations with two former Russian prisoners. These had fought as commanders of the Wagner Group paramilitary cartel in Ukraine. In the interviews, Azamat Uldarov and Alexei Savichev described many atrocities they allegedly committed once morest civilians and other mercenaries, the independent media reports Medusa.

However, there is no independent evidence that the events they describe actually took place. Savichev confessed to numerous killings. Among other things, he gave the order for the execution of 70 captured recruits. They had refused to obey orders on the battlefield. Uldarov said he murdered children and that he and his men were ordered to eliminate everyone.

Wagner mercenaries confess to war crimes and murder of children

Uldarov said, “She’s crying, she’s a little kid, you know. Five, maybe six years old. And I fired a fatal shot. You know, I mightn’t let anyone escape. Not one.” Superiors gave them the orders, Uldarow said. Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin himself said: “Don’t let anyone escape.”

Savichev admitted that in January of this year in Bakhmut he gave the order to throw more than two dozen grenades into a pit filled with dead and wounded Ukrainians and Russians. In addition, Savichev says he killed 10 youths and more than 20 unarmed Ukrainians on orders from his superiors. He also gave instructions to “clean” a house and kill everyone inside.

Wagner Group suffered heavy casualties in the Ukraine War

Both men explained that the Wagner group in Ukraine suffered heavy casualties and that mercenaries risk being assassinated if they speak to journalists or reveal information regarding combat operations. It’s unclear why the two men chose to share their stories with Gulag.net. Osechkin suspects that Uldarov and Savichev may have a guilty conscience. (mse)
