Unions want to force Uber to negotiate
SIT and Unia ask Fabienne Fischer to use her authority following the failure of the conciliation procedure.

About forty Uber drivers took part in the action organized on Wednesday by the SIT and Unia unions in front of the offices of Fabienne Fischer, in the old town. Some took the opportunity to do some publicity for their new application, Super, to reserve a vehicle for a race.

Seized by State Councilor Fabienne Fischer, the Chamber of Collective Labor Relations (CRCT) found on Tuesday that the conciliation procedure between Uber and the SIT and Unia unions had failed. On Wednesday, the unions therefore asked the Department of Economics and Employment “to use its authority to compel Uber to negotiate”.
