Swisscom employees benefiting from the collective labor agreement (CCT) will see their salary increase by 0.9% on average from 1 April.
The agreement concluded between the blue giant and its social partners, the syndicom union and the transfair staff association, concerns some 10,000 group employees.
‘In order to take into account the cost increase, most employees will benefit from a general salary increase of a more or less significant amount depending on the position in the salary band,’ said the incumbent operator on Monday, insisting on the the fact that no increase is foreseen for those whose remuneration is ‘above the salary band’.
The increase granted is also a reflection of the “significant” commitment of Swisscom employees in a “complicated context” as well as the “very good results” of the group, indicated Klementina Pejic, director of human resources and member of the management. , cited in the press release.
