Finix, VTR’s new workhorse to reconquer the broadband market, put a price “forever” following the launch promotion he did in March. As of April, the service will have a single cost of $12,990 for 500 megabytes.
According to the company linked to the North American Liberty Latin America (LLA), its objective is to eliminate “the fine print”, with a commercial strategy that aims to be more affordable “forever”. In the case of double pack (television and internet) the rate starts at $29,990 and in triple pack (unlimited television, internet and telephone) from $32,990.
“We are excited because during March new clients opted for Finix. This demonstrates the need that exists in the market for high-speed connectivity services, but at affordable prices for everyone, that are simple to understand, transparent and even more so, with rates that do not vary over time,” explained the CEO of VTR, Vivek Khemka.
According to the company, this new plan of VTR was designed following analyzing the main requirements and reasons for complaints from customers of the different companies of the industry. The latest ranking prepared by Sernac and Subtel showed that nearly 50,000 complaints out of a total of 81,000 corresponded to the dimensions of customer service and information and unrecognized charges.
In this measurement, Khemka highlighted that “VTR was the company that showed the greatest reduction in the number of claims, which reflects the consistent work that we have been carrying out for a couple of years, very focused on being close to our clients and responding to their requirements with innovation and differentiating proposals”.
