St. Pölten (OTS) – “Obviously, today’s statements by SPÖ federal manager Breiteneder are an attempt to distract from Babler’s party conference. The fact is that the SPÖ has a latent anti-Semitism problem within its own ranks and that its policies will further exacerbate anti-Semitism in Austria. Because anyone who advocates for more immigration, like Andreas Babler, is also inviting anti-Semites from the Middle East to come to our country. The party youth in Vorarlberg makes it clear how many in the SPÖ think. It speaks volumes that SPÖ boss Babler does not clearly distance himself from this,” said VPNÖ state manager Matthias Zauner, who concluded:
“Lower Austria doesn’t need any advice from Vienna, especially not from Ms. Breiteneder or Mr. Babler.”
