The heartlessness of Wien Energie must come to an end – the customers deserve it!
Vienna (OTS) – The fact that, according to Krone, the Wien Energie Management is once morest discounts for customers despite the recommendation of City Councilor Hanke is causing the Vienna People’s Party to shake their heads.
“We welcome the city council’s clear stance. However, it is completely incomprehensible to us that the management of Wien Energie simply ignores the city government’s obvious mandate. Instead, customers are treated with insensitivity and social coldness,” says state party chairman of the Vienna People’s Party, City Councilor Karl Mahrer, shocked by the statements of Wien Energie boss Michael Strebl.

“The behavior of Wien Energie Management fits seamlessly into a chain of failure. Starting with inadequate risk management up to the incomplete reporting to those responsible for politics regarding the SPÖ financial scandal at Wien Energie and the callousness towards customers. “Wien Energie Management has failed at all levels and is now ready to resign once and for all,” concluded Mahrer.
