Shunnosuke Koshikawa is accused of voyeurism and mischief, but the charges have not yet been brought to court, reported CP24.
According to police, the victims saw a phone above the shower curtain while they were changing and washing. The events allegedly occurred at the Wilson Hall university residence, in the area of Spadina Avenue and Willcocks Street.
The suspect then fled the bathroom.
Already in October 2023, Toronto police were seeking to identify an individual who was also seen loitering in women’s washrooms and gender-neutral showers on the University of Toronto’s St. George campus.
