The Minister of State, Makis Voridis in his intervention on the bill for non-profit universities, and commenting on the previous positions of opposition leaders, he emphasized the following: “It is clear that this bill serves a real need in society, as it clearly shows, especially on the Left, and indeed in all its variations, “as a force deeply anachronistic, anchored and reactionary. And fortunately the Greek people have understood this and have you in the position you deserve”.
Referring to the criticism of voters who “didn’t like something we voted for and they see some parties, who play it patriotically on the right, going in that direction”, Mr. Voridis remarked: Niki had not said in her program statements that she was going to support the non- state universities, as long as the Greek letters are good?’ I knew that among the basic values of the Right, there is one called Freedom. [..] which means giving the citizens a choice [..] You have fully identified. You have aligned yourself with the Left. Do you want to explain it to those poor people who think they are voting for you because you are right-wing?” asked Mr. Voridis.

Niatsios said that you, the “right” party, have abolished the raising of the flag, the Three Hierarchs’ holiday, you have passed a law on same-sex marriage, legalization of thousands of illegal immigrants, and that ND MPs are ashamed to appear in churches.
