The assets of the Swedish automaker Volvo in the Russian Federation were transferred to Russian businessman Igor Kim. Such information follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

“A number of subsidiaries of the Swedish automaker Volvo in Russia, including a truck production plant in Kaluga, came under the operational control of businessman Igor Kim,” Interfax reports, citing data from the register. It is noted that Kim has full control over the Stokov Construction company. Previously it was called Volvo Construction Equipment Vostok.

Previously Nissan transferred guarantee powers AvtoVAZ. Now the latter will be engaged in car repairs for domestic owners of Japanese cars.
