Early Spring Volkswagen introduced serial versions of electric small trucks ID. Buzz – the ideological heirs of the famous Bulli. Well, now these cars have appeared on sale at brand dealers in Europe.
Both the passenger version and the cargo version of the Cargo are available for order. The latter has a cargo compartment volume of 3.9 cubic meters, two euro pallets are placed in the body, and it can take away up to 650 kg. At the same time, a three-seat cab version is also available for this version.
Passenger ID. Buzz is only available in the most expensive Pro version so far. It has many electronic assistants, as well as an over-the-air software update system via the Car2X protocol. Also, at least for now, the electric Volkswagen will only be available in a five-seat variant.
Technically, there are no alternatives yet. For both cargo and passenger versions, a 150-kilowatt electric motor with a torque of 310 Nm is offered. Battery capacity (77 kWh) should be enough for 420 km. Fast charging is available – from a 170-kilowatt station battery ID. Buzz will charge from 5% to 80% in just half an hour.
Well, regarding prices. For a cargo version on the German market with all taxes, they are now asking for at least 54 thousand euros. For the passenger, it will be necessary to pay another 10 thousand on top.
