Volkswagen does not stick to its own diesel comparison – automobile

Vienna – The amicable settlements with which Volkswagen and its Austrian subsidiary Porsche Austria are trying to get rid of some diesel lawsuits are apparently not going so amicably. Some of the settlements made by the Upper Austrian lawyer Michael Poduschka on behalf of his clients were surprisingly not fulfilled by Volkswagen.
