The German automobile group Volkswagen sold 5,145,600 vehicles worldwide through July, 11.8% more than in the same months of 2022due to improvement in all regions except China.
The Volkswagen group reported today that last July it delivered 773,400 units, 6.6% more in the same month of the previous year.
Volkswagen sold 1,712,300 vehicles in China until July (-2.7%)and in July the drop in sales intensified by delivering 260,400 vehicles (-10.2%).

Sales in Western Europe rose in the first seven months of the year to 1,917,900 units (+26.1%) and in Central and Eastern Europe, up to 295,400 units (+12.1%).
Likewise, sales in North America improved in the same period to 537,300 units (+11.9%) and in South America up to 277,100 units (+15.4%).
Volkswagen Group sales rose in the Middle East and Africa through July to 205,800 units (+31.1%).
VW Group deliveries in July also improved in all regions except China.
The Volkswagen brand delivered 2,636,800 units until July (+5.8% than in the same months of 2022).
The Czech brand Skoda increased accumulated sales to 504,100 units (+19.5%) and the Spanish brands Seat/Cupra they sold 308,400 vehicles (+30.5%).
The industrial vehicles division delivered 231,600 units (+28.5%) between January and July.
In turn, the high-end brand Audi also increased deliveries in the same period to 1,063,400 vehicles (+15.4%), but Lamborghini and Bentley lowered them to 14,200 units (-3.5%).
The sports car manufacturer Porsche delivered up to July 192,200 units (+11.3%), but in July it sold 24,800 units (-7.2%).
The producer of MAN trucks, the trucks and buses of the VW brand, the Swedish manufacturer Scania, and Navistar, delivered until July 195,000 units (+20.8%) due to the contribution of all brands except VW.
